I’m a mildly autistic 16 year old male. Worryingly, I constantly think of sexual fantasies of fictional characters of specific shows, specifically female same-gender sexual relationships. I mostly consume media involving these characters engaging in sexual activity (NEVER & EVER DISTRIBUTED THEM CUZ ILLEGAL) And I mostly wear underwear that mostly end up having a transparent stain on it due to sexual arousal or wet dreams ( Sexual or not). I’m worried that if I go down this path, I would become someone who would commit sexual crimes and ruin my relationships (PS I don’t have a partner and I don’t plan on getting one.) Any assistance? Firstly, i want to reassure you that as a healthy 16 year old male, it is normal to have sexual fantasies, arousal, and wet dreams. Those are normal bodily responses that you do not need to be worried or be ashamed about. The fact that you are worried about becoming someone who might commit sexual crimes in the future already shows that you are reflecting on your behavior and how it may impact others, you also made sure to never and will never distribute any sexual content because you know they are illegal. All these are signs of a conscience and a good moral compass.
What I would say is that all these that you are sharing are part of a young person trying to make sense of sexuality, which is something almost everyone navigates at this age.
