Literally title. But it’s crazier now. I literally had that feeling after a commuter was being inconsiderate. That’s lowk scary. Wanting to hurt someone cause they’re selfish is some mad thing.
I alr know what is causing it.
-
I’m tired almost all the time because my mind doesn’t rest and is thinking about horrible situations that usually result in my death. So I barely sleep well.
-
I’m stressed because I am super uncertain about where I am and where im supposed to be.
-
An unforgiving standard I set for myself that I would hate myself if I don’t meet it. I know it’s bad but I’m addicted. I cannot live without it. If I miss a day, I would be in a worse place than if I never started it.
There’s probably a lot more but I have to wake up at 630 to commute and it’s 130. Man I hate this
hi @user7112,
I understand your frustration to other commuters on public transport.
Your first point, my recommendation is to live everyday by day, as in each day at a time.
Second, if you have a community such as a church community i would recommend joining, other options can also be just hanging out with a certain group of friends that dont trigger you.
Third, theres no real solution to having a unforgiving standard, but you can try to practise gratitude, sleep more and having regular exercise.
