My practice started with the elderly at nursing homes and after-school care centre for youths. Gradually, I provided an inclusive and safe secular practice for individuals including LGBTQ community.

Recognizing concerns, conflicts and association with self-esteem, mal-adaptive coping, recent or childhood trauma, substance use and recovery, general anxiety, depression, bipolar, loneliness, suicide, phobias with animals and outdoors, partner / spousal intimacies, or familial relationships, grief and bereavement is what I can help with.

Did I also mention that I actively volunteer in providing counselling, psycho-education and support activities at multiple non-profit organisations. I am also a registered counsellor and member of the Singapore Association of Counselling and a praticing therapist with Safe Space.
