Hi there! I’ve been volunteering as a Befriender with Let’s Talk since August 2024.

As a volunteer in the mental health field, I strive to create a supportive environment on the platform by offering empathetic responses to our users.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in nature reserves and reading non-fiction books.
