Sign Up To Make Your Own Dreamcatchers
This workshop is designed for Youth Club Members aged 12 to 20.
WHAT?
This 3-hour workshop focuses on mental well-being through a variety of engaging activities. Participants will start with icebreakers to connect and build rapport before moving on to the main activity. They will have the chance to craft their very own dreamcatcher to take home, with each step representing a part of their emotional journey. The workshop will then conclude with a guided reflection incorporating mindfulness and positive affirmations to enhance self-awareness and emotional literacy.
Learning Objectives:
This course allows participants to:

Learn how to create a dreamcatcher perfect for hanging on their windowsill that catches happy dreams, serving as a positive reminder.

Enhance their mental well-being by understanding how to move beyond negative emotions and focus on the positive.

Acquire or build coping strategies to support their mental health.

Improve self-awareness and emotional literacy through guided reflection.

We are a group of Year 2 students from Temasek Polytechnic, collaborating with Brahm Youth to co-create a meaningful and engaging workshop focused on enhancing youth well-being. Through interactive activities and guided sessions, our goal is to support young people in building healthier habits, reducing stress, and connecting with one another in a positive environment.
