Take a break from academic or work stress and recharge your body and mind with our energizing midweek workout session!

Join Samuel Teng, a certified personal trainer (NCSF), for a dynamic calisthenic-style circuit workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels – including beginners. This session focuses on full-body movements to help you burn calories, boost energy, and release tension.

What to expect: – Guided circuit training with clear instructions – Beginner-friendly and adaptable movements – A supportive and fun environment – A great way to de-stress and stay active midweek

Learning Objectives:

This course allows participants to:

  • Learn effective bodyweight exercises to build strength and endurance.

  • Relieve stress through movement and discover how exercise can help reduce academic and work-related stress.

  • Start a sustainable routine and get tips to stay active and consistent, even with a busy schedule.
