Anxiety After Using Modalert 200 mg from ACTIZA Pharmacy?

“Has anyone used Modalert 200 mg from ACTIZA Pharmacy? I’ve noticed an increase in my anxiety and mood swings after starting it. Initially, I felt more focused and energetic, but now I’m experiencing some unwanted side effects. Has anyone else had similar experiences, and how did you manage it?”

Hi @user5596,

I appreciate you for writing in, but I would like to inform you that Let’s Talk is a platform for peer support, not medical assistance.

While this is a platform that is moderated by professionals and volunteers, we are unfortunately not able to provide medical advice here. :folded_hands:

I would encourage you to consult the doctor who issued the prescription to you. Keep well! :+1:

Anything that makes u alert will give u anxiety. What i did after visiting a sleep doctor and a neurologist is that u r supposed to sleep ur full sleep everyday and exercise some times in a week. Try to have the best sleep hygiene as possible. No alcohol, cigarettes or caffeine. You can google or ask ai about sleep hygiene. You will be alert after u cleared ur sleep debt n keep up the sleep routine. I used to abuse caffeine n became a really anxious person. Get a sleep study done by a sleep doctor to oust any sleep disorder because it turns out that i have mild sleep apnea

Dear @user5596

Thank you for sharing your experience. Like what @HanSolo2000 has shared, it’s really important to talk to the healthcare professional who prescribed the medication about what you’re experiencing. They can guide you on whether adjusting the dose, switching medications, or stopping it altogether would be the safest next step.

In the meantime, try to be extra gentle with yourself. If you can, track when the anxiety and mood swings happen—it can help your doctor better understand how the medication is affecting you.

You’re doing the right thing by listening to your body and seeking medical assistance soon.
