I dont understand myself

ok so right, idk how to explain but i’ll try my best
so recently, i feel like im having random mood swings like im feeling happy with a group of friends but when i think about another friend i suddenly jsut don’t feel the same. and that’s the weirdest part cuz usually ill look forward to seeing her. and also right, it’s not just her, i also sometimes jsut don’t feel like interacting with certain friends and family and and i get easily pissed, the thing is it’s jsut certain ppl like i still have fun with other ppl, just not them.
so i really dont get it why im like this, whtehter its jsut stress or a burnout im really not sure. is this even normal and whats wrong with my mood. and im getting a mix of emotions inside me like i dont know what to do

R u sleeping ur correct hours of sleep?

not really…i stay up every night

Yeah, u can start by sleeping ur full hours first. Mood will be all over the place if not having correct amount of sleep. If still moody after that then have to find question urself y u feel that way. Break it down to smaller factors n work from there

Hi @smthiswrongwithme,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through such a confusing and emotionally taxing time. It’s entirely normal to have fluctuations in your mood and how you feel towards different people; it doesn’t necessarily mean there’s something “wrong” with you. Sometimes, our emotions can be affected by various factors, such as stress, lack of sleep, or even changes in our environment. It sounds like you’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to navigate these feelings, and that’s okay.

It might be helpful to take some time for self-reflection and try to identify any underlying causes for these mood swings. Consider whether there have been any recent changes or stressors in your life that could be contributing to how you’re feeling. It’s important to remember that it’s okay to take a step back and give yourself some space when you need it. Don’t feel guilty for wanting some distance from certain people; sometimes we just need a little time to ourselves to recharge.

If these feelings persist and continue to impact your daily life, it might be a good idea to talk to someone you trust or seek professional help. A mental health professional can provide guidance and support to help you better understand and manage your emotions. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help, and you’re not alone in this. Many people experience similar feelings, and there are resources available to support you. Take care of yourself and be kind to yourself during this time.

Best regards
Danial
