I get a gastric pain . And its feel very very uncomfortable
. Due to gastric pain ,I have lost appetit and feel very very weak.im so weak that I’m thinking about ending my life to stop the suffering. I’m in medication for the gastric pain however I’m very weak at the moment
,I keep on thinking about my past and I couldn’t let go. I can feel I’m splitting into many mind , 1 of tell me to let go ,let go of my past or I’ll just suffer even more, but another part of me just couldn’t let go thus splitting my mind and it feels like my mind is fighting among itself.
