For some reason for the past few days ive gotten more and more irritated at small things, the way i talk starts to change into being kinda rude in a sense, i cant think clearly like my brain, head and neck feels really tense which made me not able to focus, say wrong words in a sentence, gave me frequent headaches and struggle to sleep at night. I dont know what is wrong with me, what do i do?

Thank you for reaching out, and seeking to understand and address what you are going through. From your sharing, it is clear that you are self aware which is a good first step as you work towards addressing the distress being experienced.
I see how exhausted and uneasy you are feeling currently. That uneasiness is understandable as behaviours such as irritability and symptoms such as headaches are uncommon for you. I believe the symptoms you described are indications that your mind and body are likely feeling overwhelmed and your nervous system is dysregulated.
To regulate, may I suggest the following: slow your breathing, release tension in your neck and shoulders, reduce stimulation at night, and don’t push too hard right now.
Slowly and with small steady steps, you will regain control, so please do not be too discouraged.
I also recommend that if this keeps going or worsens, please speak to a counsellor to address the situation. The counsellor will safely and non judgmentally help you process and identify recent stresses or challenges that may be contributing to your current distress. You could then brainstorm ways to address the stresses and cope better.
If possible, also seek support from trusted family and friends. There is support available so don’t feel alone.![]()
