I am so concerned about my job. Was not lucky like many others and lost opportunites.Always scared and hate to sleep. Sometimes even closing my eyes are scary. Sometimes i am worried about eyes and imagine some check or images during midnight and force to open my eyes

-Regularly practice stress-reducing activities, such as exercising daily, meditation or deep breathing, to manage anxiety.
-Establish a consistent sleep schedule, avoid caffeine before bedtime, and create a relaxing bedtime routine.
-Practise mindfulness, and make room for thoughts. Just observe them: let them be in the background. Keep focused on what you are doing. The chatter in the background will slowly reduce in volume and intensity. Choose to be fully present on what you are doing.
-Share concerns with trusted friends, family, or a therapist for emotional support.
-Remember, it’s okay to feel scared, but don’t let fear control your life. Take small steps towards a positive change. Please stay optimistic♥️ and keep going.
