Why We Shouldn't "Self-Diagnose"!

  1. Yep. There are a lot of accounts on social media from both self help gurus and actual professionals who talk about mental health issues, and I found myself wondering if I had certain issues. While they do help open up perspectives and provide information to ppl who would otherwise be resistent towards issues about mental health, it has its negatives as well.

  2. Id say by spending less time on social media. Because it paints this picture of everyone having an issue if the algorithm identifies you as someone interested in mental health issues. And after I spent more time in real life and taking walks and so on, it helped
