Breaking Stigma with Your First Stop for Mental Health 💙

Did you know? Singapore now has a First Stop for Mental Health (FSMH) to help us figure out where to go and who to reach out to when things feel heavy. Whether it’s accessing self-care resources, having 24/7 support from counsellors, or just knowing what mental health support options exist, FSMH makes it easier to take that first step. :tulip:

  • Does it make seeking support feel easier?
  • Or what else would you hope to see in a resource like this?

As we continue breaking stigma and championing workplace mental health this BTL Fest 2025, resources like FSMH remind us that support should be simple, accessible, and stigma-free, for anyone, at any stage of life. :sparkles:
