Hi everyone!
We’ve been talking about self-confidence in the last 2 weeks, and here’s another thought for us to reflect on:
Self-confidence isn’t just about how you feel on the inside—it’s also shaped by how you interact with others.
Whether you’re hanging out with friends, meeting new people, or just going through your social media, your confidence can be influenced by what you think others see in you.
But remember, true confidence isn’t about seeking approval; it’s about being comfortable and authentic in your own skin, no matter who’s around.
So how do we boost our self confidence? We can start by practicing self-compassion. Remind yourself that everyone has moments of doubt or insecurity, and that’s totally normal—it doesn’t define who you are. You can also surround ourselves with people who make you feel good, and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone, even if it’s just a small step. Every time you do, you’re building stronger confidence for the future!
Here’s our question for the day:
How do you stay confident when social pressures kick in?
Share with us your ideas and let’s help each other build our confidence!
