I’ve tried a variety of therapies before (both individual and group therapies). I’ve tried talk therapy, art therapy, occupational therapy, dance therapy and music therapy.
It’s a bit hard for me to explain how it helps, I think personally it has done wonders for me, I would say that it is something you have to experience for yourself to know and understand how helpful it is for you.
Can i ask, how has the therapies help u?
I would say that you have to experience it yourself to understand the benefits but personally it has given and provided me a safe space for me to explore my thoughts, feelings and emotions. I’ve gained better insights of myself and therapy equipped me with skills to better handle, navigate and overcome obstacles/ challenges.
