Hello @anonymous431: wave: t2:! It seems like you have a lot on your plate, and it may not be easy, so you don’t wish to try anymore. I am not sure what you are currently facing but I would like to let you know that it’s understandable to feel tired and frustrated. Things can get overwhelming at this point and it’s okay to take a break and recharge first. You probably need to take a break and rest to allow yourself to breathe.
However, I am not sure what are you currently going through, if it is possible, could you share a little more ?

I just want you to know that I’ve definitely felt same before, and what helped me was to focus on what was within my control - I felt tired because I thought that theres nothing I could do to make myself feel better. I started by working on small tasks that I’ve never done before, like going out for a short walk or reading. It is a slow, non-linear shift from feeling down or depressed to feeling progress. If you’re tired of trying to figure things out, give yourself a break - this doesnt neccessarily mean sleeping in, it could mean finding new things to nourish you soul; could be a hobby, meeting up with friends, anything. You’ll get to where you want to be eventually
