Hey Guys !!,

My Instrumental album just dropped on 10 October 2025 ( about 4 days ago )in conjunction with World Mental Health Day and Month
and just wanted to share it with you guys.

Music,Prayers, medication and support from have helped me with coping and recovery thru my Schizo - Affective illness. I just wanted to share the joy that music has brought me and you guys can use it for school or work as a background or just when you are going for walks ?
Or even in the quiet times like in the morning while getting your cup of coffee or tea ready.

I put in so much love in this album and these are the best of my instrumental works.Some are even about 2 decades old and some are just this year like Dandelions which is about walking in a field of dandelions.

Hope you guys can check it out and i truely hope that it will help you thru the journey of recovery as much as it did me.
