I feel so negative right now.I am as stress as no one could be stress like me.Is actuallyy about me and my father…

My father,expects me to get 75+ for every exams or WAs.He would crush out if I get lower than 75.Wa2,I just pass for my Higher Mother tongue .He was so mad that he almost crash into another car when I told him my results(he was driving)I explained to him that It is higher mother tongue,not normal/standard.But he was still as mad as he was just now.He even asked my foundation Sis to teach me mother tongue.I was so mad but I can’t argue back as he always have a hanger in his bag. —part 1 ended…to be continued soon—

hello, it can be quite stressful to meet a certain expectation; perhaps by setting smaller goals for yourself, it could be more manageable, such as completing one writing exercise a week and seeking help from teachers when needed. you got this :heart_hands:

Report to police for physical abuse and make sure you tell the police or anyone how bad it was for you so you get your deserved life without your abusive father
