Paw-renting (as in, parenting ... with pets)

For those of us who love pets, here are the ways that they improve our mental well-being, if we own any of them:

  1. They can help to alleviate how lonely we may feel;
  2. they can improve our physical fitness, just for us to be active;
  3. and, they can reduce levels of cortisol (do find out more about it at: Cortisol - Wikipedia).

Different pets have different ways to care for us, just as we care for them. Whatever the ways our own pets care for us, go love them with care today! :slightly_smiling_face:

Pets are amazing, and there is a quote i want to share:
“Pets might be in just a small part of our lives, but to them, we are their whole life”.

I thoroughly agree with @Rotovap too :slight_smile: it is important that pet owners care for their pets, especially so when they feeling sick and as they age.
