man where do i even start.. geog o lvl paper today was average but given how much time I spent studying for it my performance should be nowhere near that, should be much better…honestly I don’t think its that I don’t know my content but maybe I froze up? since geography has been a subject I’ve always been running away from.. I even started studying a month in advance.. maybe its just my skill issue LOL but anyway is there any way I can improve or like change my pregame mindset so that my performance wont be affected ? cuz lwk its such a waste if I study so hard just to drop from A1 to B3 or something just because I’m not in the correct headspace. anyway just ranting cuz abit sian LOLOL

hey @mayora13 , happy to hear your thoughts. From what you have shared, you seem very self-aware about your current predicament regarding your Geography O-Level papers. I hear you with your struggle on studying so hard just to get low marks, it can be greatly disheartening. Also yeah, rant away it can be cathartic to do so. I just want to gently suggest that the low marks could be due to a study method issue rather than lack of skill or bad mindset? There are many perspectives to look at it of course, no judgement there, but maybe it is the study method that makes the situation so stuck? Doing past year papers are really effective, saves time and improves answering techniques drastically, you could try this for the next few papers since you are already done with Geography?
There are many ways to go about a situation, evaluating it when calm, finding out what works and what doesn’t is a good neutral effective way to do so. Anyways, you’ll be fine, trust yourself, you got this!!
Good luck for future papers, you’re doing great, treat yourself to your favorite treat/ do your favorite thing tonight to reward yourself, you got this!
