Curious to find out if anyone had experience retaking exams due to administrative issues? How did that make you feel?

It’s never happened to me before for an exam but I remember when I was doing the EAE (Early Admissions Exercise) with my friends, the timed forms we had to do as a ‘test’ (??) crashed on us all. We were extremely shocked, anxious and worried. It was also quite frustrating to think about having to redo it after how mentally taxing it was, the possibility of the questions changing when we thought the test was manageable the first time also made us worry about if the test would be harder.
