my boss uses language that is hard to understand. Yesterday, my colleague and I spent some time trying to crack her language. I suspect that she wants to look good for using hard-to-understand language.
She is quite driven. She always go for courses and stay back in office at lunch time, doing her work. It is her choice if she wants to work hard.
but what she is doing to us makes us so frustrated. She makes us work that is not necessary. and as a result, we “wasted” our time doing her work and that we can focus on our work. So she will appear good in front of her bosses. I suspect that she aspires to be promoted to higher level.
