You may have to examine the things happening in your life and figure out the energy leaks. This allows you to be more self aware of the areas that you may want to work on.
There are many reasons on why you could be feeling tired. It could also be a physiological one.
Without understanding your context, an example of a typical exhaustion could stem from burnout from your commitments. It could present itself in an emotionally and physically way.
