Always struggling at jobs

Thought that im autistic or something but its not. My cognition was messed up cuz of sleep disorder, anxiety disorder n depression, but it shouldnt be messed up now

Correct me if I am wrong, it sounds like you have been trying to figure out some issues which you have been grappling with in terms of cognitive processes? And you feel that this might have impacted your performance at work? It would help if you could share more with us what you mean by your cognition being “messed up” and what has happened that makes you feel that it shouldn’t be messed up now.

Struggling with a sleep disorder, an anxiety disorder and depression all at once may sometimes be overwhelming for a person. I wonder if you have sought professional care for these conditions? If you are interested, there are some online support communities and resources where you can find understanding and some advice.
