Hi! I’m in charge of welfare for my CCA but I’m wondering if I’m doing a good job. How can I make the CCA experience better for my juniors and CCA mates?

This may seem superficial but when I think of welfare, food comes to mind. My CCA’s welfare team always pampers us with good food so that we refuel and do our best.
On a more serious note, I think finding ways to create the camaraderie is important. You could poll your juniors and ask them what kind of activities they are interested in and organise them accordingly. Maybe something drastically different from your CCA would be cool too, just to get a break from the usual routine.
