Can I ask my therapist whether they can provide me the case notes that they have been taking since the therapy is coming to an end soon?

You can definitely ask your therapist or access to your case notes. This is a reasonable request, and your therapist should be open to discussing that with you. However, this depends on what you are requesting for. General sessions notes (which you may have a right to access) and a therapist’s private psychotherapy notes or process notes (which may have different rules around access).
