i met this guy at this event i did. we worked together in a group and we planned out the entire event and it went really well. but the guy is so charming and charismatic and has a winning smile. i cannot tell if he likes me or he hates me or he despises me but i like him a lot. i don’t know what to do, i’m scared to approach him

Thank you for sharing this on the platform. It certainly isn’t easy to approach someone we have an interest in, as most of the time we may be having this fear of rejection and or afraid it’ll be awkward between the two of you if things do not go well.
What I would suggest is that instead of worrying how the other party would react, we should focus on the things we can control which is ourself. Maybe you could try to reflect and look within yourself as to what you would like to do. If you would like to approach him, go for it! Even if it doesn’t go well, at least you tried 
And he’s not the only guy in the whole world. Even if things do not work out, there’s someone out there for you that perhaps you haven’t met yet.
