I come bearing good news// update from my last post

Hello there users of let’s talk,

It’s been awhile since I last posted in fact the last time I posted was in July 2024 which was about 9 months ago.

Since July, like my title mentioned, I come bearing good news that things has gotten since then. For some context, in July last year I mentioned about how I kept finding comfort in thinking about death but now I wouldn’t completely say that I’m into living but I am starting to enjoy and love more parts about living, I am finding reasons to live again.

I guess what my post hope to spread is that as long as you don’t give up on your recovery, recovery is possible! Recovery is never linear, there are many days that I still wished or felt I was better off dead but I hold on to better days, everyday is brand new day and as long as I get to wake up, I get to continue to write my story.

So even if you feel like things are not improving or that it’ll never get better, continue to preserve, continue to take your medication, continue to see your therapist, continue to be socially active, continue to live. I believe that as long as you persevere on, you’ll come to find your own breakthrough and healing.

Wishing everyone the best always. Take care!

Dear @Marshmallow.youghurt

Thank you so much for sharing your heartfelt update—it truly means a lot. Your honesty, growth, and vulnerability are deeply moving, and it’s very encouraging to hear that you’re starting to find moments of light, joy, and purpose again. That’s no small feat, and you should be really proud of how far you’ve come.

The way you acknowledge the ups and downs of recovery—the good days and the hard ones—makes your message real and relatable. It’s comforting to be reminded that healing isn’t about perfection, but about continuing, even when it’s difficult. Your words will absolutely resonate with others who may be feeling lost in their own journey right now.

Thank you for being a gentle reminder that progress, no matter how small, is still progress. Wishing you continued strength, hope, and all the little moments of peace and joy ahead. Take care of yourself—you’re doing beautifully. :yellow_heart:
