I need to become thinner because people in my class is 37kg while I am 43kg. I have lost 1.5kg this month but it would not continue if my mother destroy my plan and efforts. My mother forces me to eat when I say that I do not want to eat and threatens to confiscate my phone if I don’t eat. Now, I skip breakfast and recess in school because when she sees me she will force me to eat lunch and dinner. Yesterday, she ordered 700 calories very high calories japanese food and say if you want to eat, just eat if you don’t want to eat, throw it away. I ate in the end because I did not want to waste. Today, she gave me the option of ordering online for lunch and dinner or to eat bread with sardine (the bread is Hayley bread 115calories per piece) and said don’t say I did not give you a choice when I called her so I said that I will leave the school at 5pm to avoid eating high calorie food chosen by her and she threatened me to call my principle and find me and I just went home. When I went home, I said to just order but she says okay and ends up making the high calories sardine bread so I said to her that I said she order foodpanda but she says that she will make the bread and sardine because she wants to buy groceries later when she told me just now don’t say I dont give you a choice when I told to her on the phone.
And I said she don’t have manners teacher by parents (she always say that to me) and started scolding me and said her parents are more important than me she would rather i die than they die. She hurt me very much maybe I should die for her to see.
Is ur bmi in the unhealthy range, cuz 37kg seems like an unhealthy range? You might want to seek a counsellor or mental health professional for eating disorder. Try to eat normally but do cardio 3 times a week instead of going low calorie intake. I unds that theres expectations of urself looking skinny due to media but u also have to unds that those kpop girls dance a lot which is their cardio, which is why they are skinny
thanks for advice but although 37kg bmi is unhealthy they look very normal sized but now I am 43kg my legs look really big and my lower body too
Average legs are fine, are u trying to get skinny legs because of feeling that they look more attractive to guys and girls or something else?

Hi Thank you after school when the teacher dismiss us, I called her and she said she give me 2 options to choose and said she can order food panda for lunch and dinner or I can eat Hayley bread with tuna so I chose to eat food panda because Hayley bread has MANY calories

i think whoever is fit and healthy by taking care of themselves within their control, and feel like they are themselves comfortably - they will be admirable and beautiful no matter whatever societal standards or pressures there may be hehe

it really is important not too go too fast have it affect your health though i get the pressure is really strong but there’s nothing more important than your health and wellbeing… how have you been feeling eating this much and being this mindful of your food?

I have been happy because my weight is decreasing at the start but now my weight is not decreasing so I do 1500jumping jacks a day it is minimum and my weight have been decreasing a little bit since I did exercise
I hate my mother she is buying very high calorie and unhealthy tonkatsu meat so that I can make my calories more I hate my life. I just wish to be thin . at least let me d** thin

while weight loss can be healthy i’m a little worried about how much this is stressing you out what you’re going through sounds quite intense and i wouldn’t want you to be hurt in the long run…
