wish life is on easy setting too but it gets easier if u try to improve. unfortunately, its like that so bobian

Hi @secret ! Don’t worry, you are not alone. life can be overwhelming at times, but always remember that there’s gonna be light at the end of the tunnel. Crying is a really good stress reliever, especially when it comes to being overwhelmed.

try to maintain a distance from whatever that’s bothering u. Enforce your boundaries, don’t just let someone come easily and play with your emotions. You’ll get through it!

Hi @secret,

It sounds like you’re going through a really tough time, and I’m sorry to hear that. Feeling restless and lacking motivation can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you have things you want or need to accomplish. It’s normal to have a lot on your mind, but it can really weigh you down.

May I know if you have considered taking small breaks to clear your head? Sometimes stepping away for a moment can help you regain focus. You might also try breaking your tasks into smaller, more manageable parts, which can make it feel less overwhelming.

Remember, it’s okay to reach out for support when you need it. You’re not alone in this, and it’s important to take care of yourself.

oh man that sounds quite scary to go through :frowning: what’s been going on lately?

@secret It sounds like you’re going through an incredibly tough time, and I’m so sorry you’re carrying this alone right now. That image of being in a car with broken brakes really shows how out of control things might feel.

You’ve already done something brave by opening up, and I want to encourage you to share a bit more if you’re ready. What’s been weighing you down the most? Sometimes, putting those feelings into words—even a little—can help ease the load.

You don’t have to face this alone. There are people who care and want to help. You’re stronger than you realise, and even small steps can make a difference.
