Simply Drowning

Hey @User0504,

I hear the depth of your exhaustion, both physically and emotionally, and it makes sense that you’re feeling overwhelmed. It sounds like things have been tough for a while now—between the ongoing family conflict, the demands of military training, and the weight of academic results, it’s a lot for anyone to handle. It’s acceptable to experience feelings of exhaustion.

You’ve already done something really important by reaching out and sharing what’s been weighing on you. It’s not easy to express how we feel when it seems like everything is falling apart, but you’ve done that, and that’s a powerful step in itself.

I want you to know that it’s okay to feel like you’re in a place where things feel uncertain and hard, and it makes sense that you’re struggling with sleep, with decision-making, and with a sense of not knowing how to move forward. Sometimes we need a break from the pressure, and it’s okay to take care of yourself however you can. A place to rest and recharge.

What you’re going through is incredibly challenging, and asking for support is a strength, not a weakness. If you’re feeling like you can’t do it all on your own right now, that’s okay. I’m here to listen, and you deserve to feel heard and supported.

Let’s keep exploring together how we can make small adjustments to help you feel a little less burdened each day. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, and there’s no one “right way” to heal. But I believe you have the resilience in you to get through this. It won’t be easy, but we can figure it out together, one step at a time.

Take care of yourself, and we’ll continue working through this. You’re not alone in this journey.
