I’m so stress with my studies and I’m so scared for my results.
Hello @Sally1 ! Results can be stressful but I believe you’ve tried your best. Even if the results are unexpected, be proud of it . If the results are good, CONGRATS!! Are you in primary, secondary, or?
Hi Sally1,
Thank you for reaching out to share your stress related to study. It sounds like you have finished your exam and currently waiting for your results as you are “so scared for your results”.
I can also make out from your sharing that you must have studied very hard for your exam, and also likely have given your best in the preparation of exam. As exam is over now, there is nothing you can do about it, other than waiting patiently to receive the results. However, while waiting for the results, there are many things you can do to help yourself to relieve from stress. Below are some ideas for you to explore.
- speak to your parents and family members about your worries and to get their support while waiting for the results.
- Practice emotional regulation activities like deep breathing, meditation, yoga, etc.
- Pick up an exercise like brisk walking, jogging, etc. Exercise will stimulate your brain to produce good hormones that can make you feel relaxed.
- Contact friends for social outings
- Engage in any of your hobby or activities that interests you.
Regardless of what you have decided to do, please don’t forget to give yourself a pat on your back and tell yourself : “You have done your best, and that is what matters”
