What is one thing you do to take care of yourself when you’re feeling overwhelmed?

Sleep. At least I get to be unconscious for a while.

i believe that i’ll take care of myself by practicing deep breathing and talk to my peers about it

I will go for a game of basketball or chat with my friends & family

Do my hobbies, helps to destress and make me forget about the overwhelming-ness.

I’ll try to look for my closest friends and talk to them about it. Alternative I’ll just play games or other hobbies to release stress

hang out with friends and talk to someone you are very close with

Going to a quiet and peaceful place to ponder and collect my thoughts

I listen to music and draw out my feelings

i meet people i love and do things i love such as dancing and drawing

Journal and watch youtube

Distract myself by playing games

I listen to music and play badminton which helps me cope with any stress

listen to music like instrument anime, ask my friend if they can we chat

So it seems people here have friends. What about those of us who don’t…

listening to music is kinda nice sometimes or drinking warm milo

But what when the music loses its shine, or when the Milo just doesn’t have that comforting taste any more?

probably switch to horlicks or something

But what about those moments when the dreadfulness of existence hits you square in the face?
