I give myself time to rest before and after an examination just so i will not stress myself up
I also reward myself with small things such as bubble tea when i feel proud of myself

I learnt how to meditate, which helped me a lot in terms of improving my mental health. Stopping social media usage also played a big part in improving my mental health.

just learning that breaks are necessary and doing the things I like
