I am team neither  Instead I like to game on my Nintendo Switch and sometimes if I’m up for it, I like to explore around Singapore like various attractions, I’ve a few annual memberships at places like the Artscience museum, Gardens by the Bay etc (in some way there’s some exercise there cause I’m walking or even cycling at times, would highly recommend cycling from East Coast Park to Gardens by the Bay or vice versa)

Hmm I’m leaning more towards therapy cause

  1. Not only do I learn skills to cope with my anxiety, I also explore what causes my anxiety (triggers) and that has been really helpful for e.
  2. There’s someone to turn to if I need extra support
  3. There’s someone to encourage me and monitor my progress with me

I am actually team neither again, I feel like going on a detox is hard and feels extreme for/ to me instead I prefer to take/ do small steps/ actions daily such as being mindful of my phone/ gadgets usage, limit my time on social media and take mindful breaks (maybe instead of scrolling through social media, I read a book, basically time away from screen).
I don’t really use mindfulness apps cause it isn’t my cup of tea.

I actually prefer to talking to a friend cause then that person can provide emotional support (though talking to the right friend in important!!!)

Hmm, I’m not really a supplement kind of person but I’m also really bad at having a balanced diet though I am seeing a dietitian and I’m trying to adjust my diet to her recommendations though like she said also, take it slow and easy and make small steps each time.

I’m team both  I love gaming (indoor activity) and also love travelling where I can engage in activites such as cycling, swimming etc (outdoor activity).

#teamsleep. Both are important but personally sleep is more crucial for me cause I really can feel insufficient sleep affectmy mood.

#teamboth again though I feel like I’m leaning more towards social support cause there’s some stress that can’t be avoided like school stress from upcoming assignment/ exams.

#teamprofessionalsupport, I’m quite a reserve kind of person so I find it hard to open up about personal challenges especially if it’s very personal and I prefer the individualised and personalised care I get when I have a 1-1 session.

Hmm  I’m not really a routine kind of person so #teamcreativeexpression it is!!

Also this is random but @cottonsoul I like how you said this is a quick game but it took me over an hour to craft and write my responses (it’s probably just a me thing  )
