I find it so interesting, could you share more about the part where you chose to ā€œnever feel overwhelmedā€ by your emotions, instead of ā€œbe able to fully controlā€ your emotions? I thought this was an interesting choice and Iā€™m just curious to know your thoughts! :slight_smile:

i interpreted ā€œnever feel overwhelmedā€ as a way for me to still feel the big and intense emotions as they come and go. 'cause i imagine if i could control my emotions, i may not want to feel the negative emotions at all.
