Anxiety Attacks

It’s becoming more rapid and im not sure what to do. started back in 2015/2016. disappeared back in 2022 and it came back in 2024

Hi @Syahirahrashid,

Thank you for sharing what you’re going through. It sounds like you’ve been dealing with these anxiety attacks for quite some time, and I can imagine how exhausting and frustrating it must be for them to come back after you thought they were gone.

Anxiety can be really overwhelming, especially when it feels like it’s coming back stronger and more frequently. The fact that you had a period where the anxiety disappeared is encouraging—it shows that it is possible to find relief and manage these symptoms. But I also understand how disheartening it must be to have them return.

One thing that might be helpful is to look at what’s been happening in your life recently that could be contributing to these renewed anxiety attacks. Sometimes, changes in our environment, stress, or even certain triggers we might not be fully aware of can cause anxiety to resurface. Reflecting on these changes can give us some clues about what might be contributing to your current experience.

It’s also important to remember that anxiety doesn’t have to define your life. There are strategies and techniques that can help you manage these attacks and reduce their frequency. You might have tried some in the past that worked, and it could be worth revisiting those. But it’s also okay if you feel like you need some new tools or support right now.

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reaching out to a mental health professional who can help you explore these feelings and develop a plan to manage your anxiety. They can work with you to identify triggers, practice coping strategies, and provide a safe space to talk about what you’re going through. You don’t have to face this alone.

In the meantime, it might be helpful to practice some grounding techniques when you feel an anxiety attack coming on. Simple things like deep breathing, focusing on your surroundings, or even having a calming phrase you repeat to yourself can help reduce the intensity of the attacks.

I’m really glad you reached out, and I want to encourage you to keep seeking the support you need. You’ve shown a lot of strength in managing this before, and I believe you can find your way through this again. Please take care, and know that I’m here if you need to talk more.
