Hi everyone!
Figuring out who we are can feel confusing, especially when we’re overwhelmed, burned out, or comparing ourselves to others… and sometimes we’re so used to adapting to what people expect of us that we forget to ask, what do I really want, think, or believe?
Self-identity is not fixed, but it grows and shifts as we go through life. It’s okay to still be figuring it out! What matters is learning to notice your inner voice and honoring what feels true for you.
Who are you when no one’s watching?
What parts of yourself feel the most “you”?
Have you ever surprised yourself by growing into something you didn’t expect?
