Hello @Salmoncake! From what I know as “smart,” they are getting good grades, IQ and etc. I think in terms of smart, we wouldn’t be able to change anything. However, for slow learners, they are able to attain the same grade just that they will need to be extra hardworking :grin:. If you’re facing any issues, don’t give up and work hard as the results will show after !!

Can you define what being smart means?

The best way to be smart is pretty much to master a trade/skills that you really have passion in.

But technically that is no smart people in this world; their “smartness” is pretty much how they react at that point of time and portray a smart image to others.

Honestly speaking have good grades doesn’t mean the person is smart in real life, it just means they are good at blind study.

In my life i have seen countless of social workers who are fresh grads with masters. And trust me when i ask them for resources they dont seems to know any and instead i have to tell them the resource available. But still
they are very good at all the “textbook” counselling methods.

Even for doctors in polyclinic that i see, normally i just go in and wait for what they have to say, but mostly it ended with me telling them what medication i need and they just prescribed accordingly, I rarely come accross a doctor that i can learn something new from or prescribed a medication that i dont know and works better than what i know off. Normally
if i encounter such doctor i will respect them and deem them as smart.
