restless , no motivation to do anything ,cant focus on my study and work . alot of thinking in my mind .
How to get rid of all this ?

it’s okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes, especially when your mind is so full. to help untangle your thoughts, you can try writing down your thoughts on paper to create a visual representation of all your thoughts. sometimes getting everything out on paper can help clear your mind a little and help organize all your thoughts. alternatively you can just talk it all out with a friend or family. sometimes when we say things out loud, it helps us understand what we’re feeling and figure out what we need.
and to help with your motivation, it might help to focus on one thing at a time. you can set tiny goals each day, for example picking just one small task to focus on, like organizing your desk or reading one page of your notes. it makes things less overwhelming, and creates a sense of progress because you’re still doing some work. it can also give you a sense of accomplishment which might motivate you do do more work! remember that you dont have to do everything at once. take things one step at a time, and don’t hesitate to reach out for help if it feels too heavy to handle alone
