How to handle life :(

i am constantly feeling overwhelmed by various things like school work, social life and future plans. how do i manage all these work and feelings at a time? it feels like even organizing my time does not seem to help. :upside_down_face:

Aye, honestly, I wish I had that answer, too. Oftentimes, I’d find myself become physically and mentally tired, and yet I haven’t really done too many things. I also tried scheduling to do things so many times, but to no avail because then I’d just get lazy and not follow them.

We want to do so much, but we have to remember that we’re still human and we can get exhausted. When you feel tired, that’s your body telling you, “Hey, I really want to rest, I can’t keep up with all this.” But I understand that time doesn’t stop for anyone, and you still have responsibilities that you have to do.

The best thing we can do is to take it one day at a time. Perhaps you can do what you can for this week. Maybe don’t even worry about the whole week, just focus on today or tomorrow. We have to choose our battles in this life.
