I am working in IT line for about 5 years.
I don’t know whether I am good enough for my current job.
As sometime I felt I am lousy or not have an understanding of the solution to solve?

Dear @Azurelyn ,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts with us. Reaching out for support is a great first step to building up your self-confidence again. Well done!
It’s natural to have moments of self-doubt, especially in a field as dynamic and challenging as IT. If you feel comfortable, please share a little more about what has prompted your doubt about your capabilities in your current IT role? I’m a little curious about the following too:
Have you had a chance to reflect on your accomplishments over the past five years? What projects have you successfully completed, and what challenges have you overcome? Recognising these successes might offer insights into your strengths.
Have you had the opportunity to seek feedback from your colleagues, supervisors, or mentors? What insights have they provided regarding your performance and areas for improvement?
Are there specific areas where you feel less confident? What strategies have your tried to strengthen these skills?
Let me know whenever you are ready and together we’ll do our best to find the next ‘just right’ step for you to consider. You’re not alone. We’re here to listen to you, your feelings are valid and you matter!
Take care,
Cool Breeze =)
