I dont really know why am I feeling like this

I dont think I have been doing well these days. I think it has been 3 months I’ve been feeling this. I think my mental health are getting worse and worse as each day passes by. One day im feeling fine but the next day I just want to lay on my bed and cry and overthink. My overthinking also been worse than before. I only noticed my mental health is getting worse when I felt emotionally numb. When I cried without even realising when I couldnt overthink. My overthinking makes me super miserable. I want to do something but I just cant find the motivation. I used to look at the bright side but now I just dont. Im so tired of feeling this way. I also used to be happy around my friends but now I dont feel the connection like last time and I constantly overthink that they are leaving me out when I know they always try to include me but I just feel like an afterthought. I also used to be good in the things I do but I just feel like im getting worse at those things. Why am I feeling like this? Is my mental health truly getting worse?
