I really don’t know how I’m feeling. I’ve been making people mad I say things I correct regret the next day

Thank you for letting us know about your current struggle. It is a good first step you have taken by writing in to this platform seeking help figuring out what is happening.
I believe that not having a good grasp of how we are feeling is a common occurrence, especially if we are overwhelmed or under a lot of stress. We may feel less in control, and react rather than choosing our response.
From what you have described, I’m gathering you may have reacted to situations, operating on auto pilot mode, and later, upon reflection, realised you could have handled it better.
If the above resonates, I recommend that you consciously slow down when faced with a stressful situation and take a deep breath to calm yourself down first. Instead of rushing to answer or take action, this space you create will allow your thinking brain to come online and be more aware and mindful.
