Need Professional opinions about Self harm, suicide ideations and actual suicide.

I wonder which professional can tell me if having self harm and suicide ideations will GUARANTEE the person will end their life.

And a person who actually planned from location to how to will also GUARANTEE will end up ending their life.

And if the fact that the person will GUARANTEE end their life if they have a SADS PERSONS score of over 8?

And how accurate is SADS PERSONS score in our current modern society which most people are single and parents have passed.

Dear @user1446

We can sense there’s a lot sitting underneath what you’ve shared — anger, maybe grief, or just the kind of deep exhaustion that builds when someone has been holding things in for a long time. We just want you to know that you don’t have to carry all of that alone. We are here, not to fix anything, but simply to be with you in it.”
The questions you asked — about guarantees, and about what can or can’t be said — they feel like they come from a place that’s been hurt or maybe left waiting too many times. I can imagine that when people offer words of comfort that don’t land, it might not just feel unhelpful — it might even feel like a kind of silence.
It seems like you’ve had to live with uncertainty in ways that most people don’t even realise. And maybe that’s made it harder when others try to offer reassurance, especially if it doesn’t feel solid or lasting.
We are not here to give you more words that sound nice but don’t hold weight. We just want to stay with you — to hold space for whatever’s coming up, and to honour what it’s taken for you to bring all of this forward. :yellow_heart:
