hello not really a rant just free space for people to share if they have bad period cramps too cos every month i suffer and maybe it’s not normal but maybe it is like can someone share whether you experience such bad cramps too 
stomach cramps back cramps thigh cramps

Hey @manda1 I SO GET IT, I just ended my period this week and each period I would always have stomach cramps, diarrhea, fatigue, and leg cramps indeed. I salute to all the girls out there carrying out daily life like it’s normal 
I usually take medicine like pain killers to help myself, especially on days when I have to go work or events. Heat packs are also my comfort at home, makes it instantly better as well. Sending love and care to all the gurls out there, you are all so stronggg
