Hey @ryan0 thank you for sharing! Being in school when you don’t have a good relationship with your teachers is definitely difficult. If you are having suicidal thoughts, here are some resources that you can reach out to
- Polyclinic referral. You may make an appointment or walk in to a polyclinic to share your concerns. You will be given a referral to a community hospital for follow-up assessment. For referrals via polyclinic, there will be a subsidized rate when you go for follow-ups. Do remember to get a referral letter from them.

let’s un-normalise the using and abusing of people who actually care for others.
let’s un-normalise adding fuel to the fire when a person is already broken.
let’s un-normalise bullying.
hi @ryan0
Some people do not have a good relationship with their teachers for one reason or another. But teachers are there to help you so do approach your teachers for help. You might be surprise with the outcome. The first step might be difficult but brush aside all the issues that you might have with your teachers. They are there to listen, guide and teach you.
Hey @ryan0 hope you are okay how are things going for you?
hi bud! please know, you’re doing so great! things are going to work out even when it’s taking it’s time slowly and you’ve only been so courageous putting a foot over the other. im so proud of you! we believe in you, you got this! good things are so possible in happening for you! we will be okay! sending sm hugsss
& something i’ve learnt over the past few years is that, not everything has to be your fault. you are doing the very best that you can with how much that you can & with what you can. sometimes, people tend to see things negatively but please be kind to yourself. that’s their narrative alone. continue being your best selves and continue doing your best. people are going to see it. it’s going to be worth it. you are worth it, believe me.
im ok already im no longer suicidal, thanks everyone
that’s so nice to hear, we are sooo proud of you
Nice happy to hear that
That’s great!
Always think positive.
