I reach out to ppl before. But no one. All those hotlines sos etc. But no. Talk abt any random things also can. I wan get my mind off.

I feel for you right now but just know your not the only one going through this but the option i might recommend is to pray for peace from God. For the word of God says that their are many problems in this world but if Jesus christ overcame them we shall also overcome.
