I find that taking a break standing up and stretching helps and avoiding using phone for that stretching break helps for me heh
get up, walk around for a little while, find someone to talk to, go on tiktok (but it takes a TON of self discipline to ensure i don’t spend too long here, which i have failed at before heh)
Wah tiktok is really a rabbit hole for me haha so many cute animals
