We charge our phones without thinking everyday to keep it charged and functional… but when’s the last time you checked your personal battery level? :exploding_head:

Low mental/emotional battery signs can show up subtly in us — zoning out, snapping at people, or even feeling numb. Sometimes we don’t even realize we’re drained until we’re on 1% or even battery flat!
